Troy’s concept was inspired by his own frustrations as a busy concreter. He saw firsthand how inefficient it was to source materials, tools, and equipment from multiple suppliers. Determined to solve this problem, Troy envisioned a business that would consolidate everything under one roof—offering concreters in Dubbo and beyond a convenient and comprehensive solution. This innovative approach quickly earned the loyalty of local tradespeople.
Built for Growth
By 2017, Complete Reo had outgrown its original Fitzroy Street premises. To meet increasing demand, the business relocated to a new facility on Rosulyn Street, Dubbo—seven times larger than the original location. This move enabled Complete Reo to expand its range of slab reinforcements, tools, and civil construction supplies, further solidifying its position as a trusted partner for residential, commercial, and civil concreting projects.
Recognising a growing client base in the Central West, Complete Reo opened its second branch in Orange in 2019. Regular deliveries to customers in Orange and Bathurst had already established a presence in the region, and the new branch was embraced enthusiastically. What began with just four staff members quickly grew to a team of 12, meeting the needs of local concreters with speed and expertise.
The next milestone came in 2021 with the launch of a third branch in Bennetts Green, Newcastle. This state-of-the-art 3,800m² facility now serves as the manufacturing hub for the entire business, processing over 500 tonnes of reinforcement steel each month. With branches in Dubbo, Orange, and Newcastle, Complete Reo is strategically positioned to provide fast, reliable service across New South Wales, including same-day deliveries of high-quality concrete reinforcements.
A New Era: Complete Reo
After years of success, the company reached a pivotal moment in 2024 with a complete rebrand. Formerly known as Concrete World Industries (CWI), the name often led to confusion, with many assuming the business was a concrete batching plant or a concreting service. The rebrand to Complete Reo reflects the company’s true focus: supplying reinforcement steel, tools, and accessories for concreting projects of all sizes.
Although saying goodbye to the original Concrete World Industries logo was bittersweet, the change represents a commitment to future growth and innovation. The new name and identity position Complete Reo as the go-to supplier for everything from slab reinforcements to specialty tools—whether for residential builds, commercial concreting problems, or civil construction projects in NSW.
